Terry Nelson arrives in Taos, New Mexico with an agenda - she's looking for author Preston King. She spends the first few hours in town asking a variety of people where she can find the man. Just as her search seems fruitless, though, she locates the older man and, while spying on him from a car parked down the street from his ranch home, she utters the line: "I'm gonna f**k you, father, just like you f**ked me!"

Yes, this is a movie about a daughter trying to get revenge on her absentee father by seducing him.

TEENAGE SEDUCTRESS was written and directed by actor turned exploitation film director Chris Warfield. Warfield also stars in the film as King, a salt-and-peppered artist who spends his days writing, painting, and picnicking with his librarian girlfriend. He seems like a genuinely nice guy, even gently declining to have sex with the titular teenage seductress (whose true identity he does not suspect) when she takes off her clothes and surprises him in bed at the beginning of their relationship. But let's not forget that he left his wife and child behind to start a new life in New Mexico and, for that, he must be punished.

Terry, the teenage seductress, is played by Sondra Currie, who was in her late 20s when she filmed the role. You may not recognize Currie's name but she has worked steadily as an actress since the early '70s, most recently starring in all three THE HANGOVER films as Zach Galifianakis' mother. As Terry, she is a cold, calculating force-of-nature - inserting herself into her father's life first as a stranger, then as his secretary and then, eventually, his lover.

Yes, the movie does go there. The final ending of the film, though, might just be more horrible than you can even imagine.

TEENAGE SEDUCTRESS is a tawdry melodrama full of turquoise bolo ties and pleated bell bottoms. The film isn't quite as sexually explicit as you might imagine, not going quite the distance of similar movies like TOYS ARE NOT FOR CHILDREN. It is plenty icky, though - just as good exploitation should be.

As a bit of trivia, the script was co-written by George Buck Flowers. Flowers is best known as John Carpenter's buddy, having appeared in a ton of the director's films over the years including THE FOG, ESCAPE FROM NEW YORK, STARMAN and THEY LIVE.

TEENAGE SEDUCTRESS isn't recommended for everybody. In fact, it's probably not recommended for anybody. But if you find yourself watching television and it comes on and the remote is really far away, don't exert yourself too much by getting up and grabbing the remote to change the channel.
